For over 35 years French Gourmet has been producing the worlds best frozen dough for their delicious gourmet pastries. With the help of Red Carpet, we converted their warehouse to accommodate staff and produce a video training series. This 2 day seminar was an important part of their companies history and the content from this will be valuable to French Gourmet for many years to come.
