Casey and his team were fantastic. Very professional, flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process, even with unexpected changes that needed to be made on the day of the event. Their lighting work in the room and stage backdrop were beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere we wanted for our event. We will definitely work with them for our future events!

This was my first time working with the team, and I was impressed overall. They are very professional, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Leading up to our event, we hosted various calls to ensure we had the right resources the day of the event and it was very helpful. Also, Kenny was professional and educated me about the process. The day of the event we did not have enough power which was ordered from another vendor. The Craft team was so flexible and supportive, waiting patiently to set-up. Overall, the event was seamless and Kenny provided suggestions during set-up and after the event to make future events event better. As a local vendor, we would absolutely use them again.
